New Equipment

A double convection oven, a vegetable rinser, and industrial sanitizer can now be checked off the list for the preservation kitchen. Can't wait to get this food hub up and running.

I'm on hiatus this week. Going to chill in some Oak Savannah and nerd out on holistic land management info.

Next Monday at 5:00 we're going to get the preservation kitchen back in the cycle. We might do some stuff with pumpkins and tomatoes. I was thinking I might whip up some fresh pasta.
