First Preservation Kitchen
This is many years in the making. We had our first preservation session at the UGM Preservation Kitchen. This will be the space where we will process local veg from producers and gardeners in the area. We are planning to do sessions every Monday until the harvest ends.
At that point, in the fall and winter, we will move into doing classes with folks at the mission and anyone in the community that wants to develop their skills in the craft of making a great meal.
